We are located at 500 Forest Avenue, Suite 4B, Portland, Maine.
To find Panax, enter through the main doors on Forest Ave under the sign for 500 Forest Ave. Then go through the gray door to the right of the stairs and follow the hallway back to the clinic. Check out our instagram for a video!
Street parking is available on Forest Ave and the surrounding neighborhood.
Clinic is currently by appointment only. Schedule online or contact us to make an appointment.
Evening appointments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Limited weekend appointments are available on Saturdays.
