Clinic is currently by appointment only. Schedule online or contact us to make an appointment. Our general operating hours are:

Monday through Wednesday: 10AM–7PM

Thursday through Friday: 10AM–6PM

Saturday: 10AM–3PM

Sunday: Closed

How to find us

We are located on the ground floor at 500 Forest Avenue, Suite 4B, Portland, Maine. 

To find Panax, enter through the main doors on Forest Ave under the sign for 500 Forest Ave in between Proper Cup and Beam Skin Studio. Then go through the gray door to the right of the stairs and follow the hallway back to the clinic. Check out our instagram for a video!

Street parking is available on Forest Ave and in the surrounding neighborhood.
